Users are required to set up MFA using email verification or a personal MFA application such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. When logging in, you will be required to enter a code sent to your registered email address or a code generated by your MFA app.

ACCOUNT DELETION

Scope: You may delete your account at any time. To delete your account, please follow these steps:

  • Log into your account.
  • Navigate to the account settings section.
  • Select the option to delete your account.

Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion.

Upon deleting your account, all your personal information and data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our servers. Please note that this process is irreversible, and once your account is deleted, we will not be able to retrieve any of your data.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Trial Period: We offer a 7-day trial period for new users to evaluate our Platform and services. During this trial period, you will have access to all features available to paid subscribers. At the conclusion of the 7-day trial period, your access to the Platform will end, and you will need to choose a subscription plan to continue using the Platform.

Subscription Plans: After the trial period, you have the option to continue using our Platform by subscribing to one of our paid plans. We offer both monthly and annual subscription plans to suit your needs.

  • Monthly Plan: Subscribers will be billed on a monthly basis. The monthly subscription fee will be charged to your provided payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  • Annual Plan: Subscribers will be billed on an annual basis. The annual subscription fee will be charged to your provided payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle. Choosing an annual plan may offer cost savings compared to the monthly plan.

Billing and Payment: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy. All charges are billed to the payment method you provide during the subscription process. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your payment method on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. The renewal charge will be the same as the original subscription fee unless we notify you in advance of any changes.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the subsequent billing period. You will continue to have access to the Platform until the end of your current billing period.
